Welcome to Pixplus. By creating an account or using our application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. You also confirm your commitment to comply with all relevant local laws and regulations. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the application immediately.
Should you obtain Pixplus through (1) the Apple App Store, you accept any applicable Usage Rules outlined in the App Store Terms of Service; or (2) the Google Play Store, you agree to be bound by Google's Android Terms and Conditions, including the Google Apps Terms of Service.
We maintain the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. Revised terms will be posted on this page, and we may notify you via the application and/or the email address associated with your account. All changes become effective immediately upon posting.
Acceptable Use
By utilizing Pixplus, you affirm on behalf of yourself and any entity you represent that you will not:
1. Adapt, reproduce, create derivative works, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of Pixplus or any related materials;
2. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices;
3. Utilize the service in any manner that could impair, overburden, or disrupt our infrastructure or third-party services;
4. Transmit, publish, or share content that is harassing, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable;
5. Redistribute, transfer, or mirror any application materials without explicit authorization;
6. Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights through your use of Pixplus;
7. Collect, harvest, or process user data without proper consent; or
8. Infringe upon the privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights of any party.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property associated with Pixplus and its related materials is either owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application on your personal device for lawful purposes.
This license does not constitute a transfer of ownership and will terminate automatically upon any breach of these terms. We reserve the right to revoke this license at any time without prior notice.
User Content
You maintain all ownership rights to the content you generate, submit, or display through Pixplus. However, by using our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works of your content solely for operating, improving, and promoting our services.
This license terminates when you remove your content or account, except where your content has been incorporated into commercial or sponsored materials, in which case the license continues until such materials are removed.
You also permit us to display your username and profile information in connection with your content, consistent with your privacy settings and our Privacy Policy.
Service Modifications
We may periodically update Pixplus to enhance functionality, address security issues, or improve performance. These updates may be automatically applied to your device according to your system settings. You may disable automatic updates through your device settings.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Pixplus is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall we, our affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use Pixplus, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Certain jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability, so these disclaimers may not apply in their entirety to you.
Content Accuracy
Materials and content available through Pixplus are provided for general informational purposes only. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any materials or content accessible through our services.

Pixplus may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse and assume no responsibility for any third-party content, privacy policies, or practices. Accessing these links is at your own risk.
Apple-Specific Terms
If you're using Pixplus on an iOS device, you acknowledge that this agreement is solely between you and us, not Apple. Apple bears no responsibility for Pixplus and its content.
Apple provides no maintenance or support services for Pixplus. If Pixplus fails to meet applicable warranties, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligations.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims related to Pixplus, including product liability claims, regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims. You must comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement with the right to enforce these terms against you.
You represent that you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and are not on any U.S. government prohibited parties list.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Pixplus and these Terms of Service at any time for violations of these terms, with or without notice.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
AI Model Terms
Pixplus incorporates AI technology licensed under CreativeML OpenRAIL-M. This license permits commercial and non-commercial use while prohibiting:
1. Generation of illegal, harmful, or malicious content
2. Use that violates applicable laws or regulations
3. Redistribution without including the same use restrictions
You retain all rights to outputs you generate and are solely responsible for their use.
